We Don't Sell Your Data
Fishical Pursuit does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We never have and we never will.
What We Collect
When you book a trip or contact us, we collect only what's necessary to serve you:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Billing and shipping information (for merchandise)
- Trip details you provide (party size, dates, experience level, dietary restrictions)
- Emergency contact information for guided trips
- Payment information (processed securely by Shopify and Stripe — we never see or store your full card number)
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to:
- Book, confirm, and deliver your fishing trip or purchase
- Communicate with you about your booking, cancellations, or weather updates
- Comply with USCG safety reporting and liability documentation requirements
- Send you occasional updates about Fishical Pursuit, but only if you opt in to our email list
Who Sees It
Your information is shared only with the service providers we need to run our business:
- Shopify — hosts our website and processes payments
- Stripe — processes credit card payments
- Hoppy — manages our booking calendar
- Our email provider — sends booking confirmations and (if you opt in) newsletters
These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than serving us. None of them sell or share your data either.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- See what information we have about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your information (subject to our legal obligation to retain trip and safety records)
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link in every email)

Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember your cart and improve site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Minor participants on guided trips are booked and consented for by their parent or guardian.
